At Blankenship Polished Concrete LLC, we apply an extensive three-step process to ensure that your concrete polishing experience is best-in-class.

Grind and
repair

To achieve maximum adhesion, first we fix and vacuum the concrete surface. Then, fill in any fractures in the concrete floor with 100% solids. ensuring flawlessness prior to coating.

coat and
flake

To apply the best and most lasting floor coatings, we start with a self-priming pure polyurea base coat and then a generous amount of polymer flake is distributed by hand, giving the floor a uniform color and texture.

scrape and
seal

The floor is leveled exactly to get ready for the final sealing by scraping off any extra flake. Lastly, a UV-stable topcoat is applied. In five to seven hours, your floor will be prepared for mild foot traffic.
